  2. Our Website and App (collectively referred to as the “Website” for brevity) primarily serve as a central booking point for selected third-party providers of goods and services who wish to offer their goods and services for sale through our Website (“Partners”).

  3. We have outlined the terms under which we provide you access to our Website and any products or services we offer through our Website. These include the terms and conditions governing:

1. Your rights to use and access our Website (these "Terms of Use"),

2. How we will use and protect your information (our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy), and

3. The booking terms and conditions for third-party products or services offered via our Website (the Booking Terms and Conditions).

  1. Please note that these Terms of Use and our Policies do not govern the relationship between Welby and our Partners. If you are an existing Partner, please review the Partner Terms of Cooperation provided to you upon registration.

  2. If you participate in any contests, awards, or other promotional activities on our Website, separate terms and conditions may also apply. In the event of a conflict between any additional terms and these Terms of Use or our Policies, the additional terms will take precedence.

1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

Without prejudice to any other terms relating to our right to disable or block your account access, we reserve the right to disable or block your account at any time if unauthorized access is suspected. We also recommend logging out of your account at the end of each session, especially if you share your computer or use a public computer.

4. Misuse of the Website

1. You must not misuse our Website by:

You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in relation to all material and content provided as part of the Website are, at all times, vested in us or our licensors. The use of these is only permitted with explicit authorization from us or our licensors.
